Since every product is custom-designed and personalized, we cannot offer returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Errors or Omissions
If there was a mistake on the product due to a design error (on the part of Colorography), then we will replace the item at no charge. If there was a mistake on the product due to an information error (on the part of the customer who supplied the information), then we will replace the item for a fee of $85 CDN.
